As you may be aware, 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD has a buyer for the Former Rosedale School property, the OHT Partners, and we are actively working to finalize the sale. As with any real estate transaction, there are milestones that must be reached before the property closing. As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD and OHT invite you to a community meeting to share the latest information and next steps in this process.
Join Our Community Update Meeting
- When: 6 p.m., Monday, October 20
- Where: 麻豆果冻传媒 Public Library, Yarborough Branch (Community Meeting Space)
Representatives from OHT will be in attendance at this meeting and will share details related to the zoning process. OHT staff will also be available to discuss their future plans with the property and answer questions about the status of their zoning application.
Additionally, representatives from 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD鈥檚 legal department will be present to discuss a legal action associated with the sale. The purchase sale agreement requires 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD to petition a court regarding the property. 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD plans to initiate this process soon. This effort is to ensure that the buyer's (OHT's) planned use for the property is consistent with any applicable deed restrictions.
