麻豆果冻传媒 ISD classical guitar students and famed Hollywood film director Robert Rodriguez recently collaborated for a audio recording and for the Spy Kids film.鈥
Why it matters: Our students are getting real world experience with a professional production thanks to Texas-native Rodriguez鈥檚 collaboration with 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD.鈥 The recording was held at the Long Center, which also allowed the students to perform in a professional space.鈥
What they鈥檙e saying:鈥 鈥淭he kids really, really, connected with the Spy Kids films,鈥 Andrew Clark, director of guitar at McCallum High School at 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD, said. 鈥淭he students recorded in a professional studio with recording artists, so that was a new experience.鈥
Rodriguez donated the music, his time and film crew to make the collaboration possible.
